To preserve the surprise element of your gift, we typically refrain from calling recipients prior to delivery. However, in cases where the recipient is unavailable during drop-off, we will attempt to call if a phone number is provided.

By default, unless otherwise specified at checkout, items will be left at the building reception or door if the recipient is uncontactable or unavailable during the scheduled delivery. Should you wish to opt-out of this default arrangement and prefer redelivery, please indicate your preference at checkout. Redelivery is available at $25 on the next available schedule determined by us.

For a seamless experience, please ensure that the checkout information is accurate and sufficient for us to reach the correct location or contact the recipient when necessary. It's important to note that leaving items at public premises carries a risk of theft, and Hamper Basics will not be held responsible for lost items, failed deliveries, or items placed at the wrong venue due to incorrect addresses.
